The staff are concerned not only about their patients' specific problems but their overall health and well being as well. They believe in listening carefully to what their patients have to say and then, after a thorough evaluation, engage their patients in the plan of care. Communication is of utmost importance and every staff member strives to ensure the lines of communication remain open. Being a small yet full service organization, the staff can offer individualized personal care in a quiet and private manner, bringing to bear the most modern knowledge and technology. MISSION STATEMENTOur mission is to provide the very best care to each and every one of our patients in the most personalized, efficient and cost-effective manner, always keeping in communication with the primary care physician for the most complete patient-centered care. COMPANY BACKGROUNDHyannis Ear, Nose and Throat was founded in 1968 and Dr. Vandemoer joined in 1974. Our centralized Hyannis location provides patients with easy access, and is close enough to Cape Cod Hospital and other specialty doctors that convenient and immediate care can be provided. Our current employees are twelve in number and, on average, have been with Hyannis Ear Nose and Throat for over seven years.
