Appointments

All patients are seen on an appointment basis. We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. You can also call our office between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am until 12:00 pm on Fridays to speak with one of our receptionists. At other times our answering service will relay your message to the on-call physician, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment time.

Insurance

Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

Payment Options

Payments and co-payments are expected at the time of service. If a minor procedure or elective surgery is booked, the payment schedule is determined at the time of surgical booking. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician; it is your responsibility to be aware of deductibles.

Facilities and Equipment

Hyannis Ear, Nose and Throat Associates and The Cosmetic Surgery Center provide services that include ultra sound guidance, diagnostic testing for hearing and vertigo, endoscopic evaluations, advanced lasers for the treatment of lesions and aesthetic skin improvement options. The lasers include Carbon Dioxide, V-Beam, Alexandrite Yag, Smooth Beam, Gentle Yag, Gentle Lase (for hair minimization) and Fraxel.

Our AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care), Medicare and Department of Public Health certified operating room provides services for a variety of insurance covered and elective facial cosmetic procedures. This surgery center provides a relaxed, less stressful and more efficient environment than a typical operating room.
